Celtic & Co. serves a global community of considered consumers who value quality, heritage, and timeless design. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Celtic & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

2. Product Information & Characteristics

Our collection focuses on durable, cherished items designed to last. Key product categories include:

• British Made Knitwear & Clothing: Timeless cardigans, knitwear, coats, jackets, and denim.
• Durable Footwear & Accessories: Quality footwear, bags, luggage, and accessories.
• Carefully Curated Items: Including kilts, skirts, jumpsuits, and select personal accessories.

We strive for accurate representation in product descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to material nature and screen displays.

Note: Certain items due to their personal nature or health considerations (e.g., Gloves, Hats, Cleaning & Care Products, Insoles) are marked as non-returnable unless faulty. Please review our Returns Policy before purchasing.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities

By using our site, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not engage in any fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Process:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. You will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a contract of sale.

Pricing & Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or limit orders.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia.

• Processing: Orders are hand-packed at our workshop within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL/FedEx. $12.95 flat fee. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Key terms include:

• Eligibility: Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Cleaning/Care Products, Insoles, Gloves, Hats, personalised/made-to-order items, and final sale items are final sale unless faulty.
• Process: Contact customer service at [email protected] within the 15-day window to initiate a return. A Returns Authorisation Number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Faulty/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Celtic & Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Celtic & Co. crafts products with utmost care. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
• We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.
